| Fitting out period | The handover date is expected on the beginning of July 2008. The Tenant will enjoy 01 free-rental month for fitting-out. Electricity and water usage shall be paid by client as actual usage during fitting out period |
| Standard equipments by the Landlord | The Landlord supplies the foundation of house, plaster ceiling, sprinkler, light system, Fujitsu individual air-conditional system, white painted wall, glass window system, available telephone and internet sockets, VNPT & FPT Internet suppliers, electric sockets & Clipsal switches on the walls. |
| Tenant works | The Tenant can send their contractors to do the fitting-out allowed by the Landlord’s security, décor must be sent to be approved by Landlord first. Installation is not influent to building ‘s structures. |
